An absolute joke this tortenshop! Marion the owner is rude and unprofessional and should never run a business. Although I placed an order 3 weeks in advance to make sure I have a cake for my daughters party it was only 2 days before an arranged pick up that I found out it can not be picked up. And I wouldn't even know about it if I didn't call 2 days beforehand to confirm!
I was greeted with arrogance and unprofessionalism. I told her Im disappointed and feel let down at the last minute but Marion never offered an apology and put the phone down on me before I could even ask for a refund! Appalling business that should be closed down!
