I purchased a voucher of merchant tortenshop from the groupon. On their voucher, it says that order needs to be placed 72hours in advance. The first time, I left 72 hours to order a birthday cake, but then found out on tortenshop's own web saying that I need to place an order at least 4 days earlier, which was one more day than stating on their grounpon voucher. Since my friend's birthday would be in 3 days time, I had to abandon my thought to order the cake. I learned the lesson and went on to place another order 6 days ahead of my desirable date. However, I was told by tortenshop that it was impossible to take my order. After waiting more on 20minutes on the phone, I finally get through to the groupon and had my order cancelled. I want to say that if a business (tortenshop in particular) is not able to live up to its aim and delivery what was promised, then be cautious what you advertise. It was an very bad experience and I am so disappointed at Tortenshop.
