I bought purchased a package of original
fig newtons... One row contained 13 "cookiews" and the other row containd a total of 7 cookies.
What happened to consisitancy and inspection.
This is not the first time this has happened,
but the first time I am complaining. I will make
sure any one I know that loves fig newstons is
aware of how you are cheating your customers. I have been a long time customer of your product.
The next time I purchase your product I will count the amount of cookies in the package... If
is not balanced, I will return it to the store it has been purchased from. Shame on you.
I have worked in retail for years... I have rarely have had to contact a mfg for their lack
of oversight. It will be a long time before I
purchase your product again. Good luck with
with your greed. This is not about the money on
my end.
