I have received a bill in the post from Agora Business Publications LTD for £99.75. Problem is I remember months ago requesting some info for health and safety, which was free, but was not from Agora Business Publications. Now a bill arrives, but never received anything other than a bill. Is this fair trading practice? Is there anyone else who has experienced the same thing?
