DO NOT UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES SEND THEM ANY
PROCESSING FEES. The letter looks very legal
and legitimate. A MAJOR FLAW, NO PHONE # TO
CALL.
If this were a legitimate prize, there would be
no request for processing and distribution fees.
The offer is too good to be true and thus it is
simpley a scam to get $20,00, no one will receive
anything and is just throwing away a twenty dollar bill.
