I received my letter, from an issuing agency morgan, phelps, & stern this morning at 10:30 am. That is when i received the letter saying that i had won, 2,997, 500.00. The letter said that i had to send in the claimant folio, with a $20.00 release fee! I guess since i'm not sending in my $20.00. I want get any money! I had a feeling that it was a scam! If they had tried it another time, using a different name, why are they abled to do this! That is fraud isn't it! That is against the law! Ps. I will hang on to the letter, for evidence! Ps. Let me know if this goes to trial, cause i want to put them in prison where they belong, cause this is a federal offense, and matter! Grant ashbury, is the agent, who is to pay me, he is the payment agent! I don't know their user name, or e-mail address
