Harassing GE Capital late payment calls

Late on a JC Penney payment and we get daily calls from GE Capital - GE Money. They tack on 35 dollar late fees for the month and call daily.

Goverment needs to step in or provide a means that protects the consumner from being harassed and over billed

JC Penney's has lost my business for ever.
