8/7: Same old story. Free product, pay shipping and handling.$4.99. I called to cancel. Bright Safe claimed they didn't process the order and there is nothing to worry about. They still charged my account. I called my bank to reverse the charge.
I received no products or services and they are still charging my account.
8/21: This time, $99.67. I tried to call them again, and poof! No one to talk to. Just an automated message that calls can't be processed at this time and to call back later.
I am filing a claim with my bank and hopefully I can block future charges from this company.
Avoid this Scam Company!!
