I ordered the product on-line, it was a Backuptrans Android SMS to iphone product with Registration Backup Service.
They sent me a copy of the order, charged my card, but never sent a license key. When I both emailed and called no one got back to me.
The time period to use the product has passed.
I wanted them to credit the account. It is obviously a scam that has been done many times.
I have contacted the bank for a chargeback.
This is simply like being robbed.
