I ordered a software download from SWREG for $24.90
The next day, when I checked my credit card bill, I had 2 charges for $24.90.
When I checked my receipt, I realized for the first time that receipt did not give an email address or phone number.
When I went back customer service on the SWREG website, I was redirected to the same complaint form no matter what link I clicked.
No one has contacted me or even acknowledged that my complaint was received, so I have to dispute the charge to my credit card bank.
