I tried an Uninstaller product from URSOFTWARE.com recommended on CNET web site. I liked the product and decided to purchace full product. I paid the amount requested and was supplied what I thought was legimate validation information. WRONG!!! The trouble the started.
First all contact information was like in a loop, go one place — told to go to another. Finally contacted people I paid and was told the following:

Round & Round the wheel kept going.
