Applied for trial 30 day supply for the cost of pp only. Ie, £4.75. Company took out £164. Phoned 3 times, First call I was told I would get refund in 5 days. 2nd call said I would get refund in 10 days, 3rd call said it would take 30 days. Now email says it will not refund.
