Sent for free sample but had to pay shipping costs-less than a tenner. Product didn't arrive in 5-7 days. Checked my bank this morning and this company has taken £64.00 out with no letter no phone call no e-mail I am broke now an sooooooooo angry. How can these people live with themselves. I am absolutely disgusted and I want my money back NOW...
