I was using 3g sim (Personal Information Removed) for one month only, and as a coy rules i had cancelled 30 days noticed on 11/07. Then after aug i have been using another sim giff gaff, and never used 3g sim again. First week september, 3g took £26/.. From my account and i complain and talk about the cancellation. Still today i got 3 bill of £42.74.
Why like this? Why they did not cancelled, and now without using why they are sending bills.
I follow the rules and cancelled calling 333 customer service, then i never used 3g sim and i will not pay the bills.
