I responded to an ad for a cream for $2.95, no other information only to receive a week later a package of more. I returned it right away and have the USPS receipt. I called the phone # and could not understand the person so asked for a supervisor only to be told she is the super. I told her I did not request the order for $98.16 and found it had been already charged to. My bank statement. Also that I had returned the product and have a promise of a refund dated March 7 by email and "refund will be processed in 10-14 days." It never was refunded! I did not try to call again as it is difficult to deal with
the "supervisor" whose English was not good.
