Mineral Science Make-up, has scammed me too. I ordered their product on line for $14.95.
After thinking about it I decided to return their product when it arrived at my po box, which I did a week or so later. I did not open the package. I asked the post master to return it to the sender. I also called them and canceled my subscription. When I got my visa statement Mineral Science had charged me $59.99. I called them and after being on hold for 35 minuets, I talked to a customer service employee telling her how I had returned the package and cancelled the membership. She said she was very sorry but there would be no refund because I did not filed the ram # with the return. She said the company did receive the product from me and had a record of my subscription cancellation, but still there was that nasty little RAM # problem. I then asked to talk to her supervisor (Lorene G.), Lorene gave me the same song and dance. I will continue this fight. Mineral Science, shame on you and your nasty business practices. We're bring you down!
