Scammed for £1505 in May still no progress with refund or contact. Spending all my time trying to track down information on this scum. Ordered quad bike after lots of reassurance from 'Martin Cole', the forever loyal sales advisor. Paid via bank transfer, which coincidently isn't covered for reimbursement cover, unlike a credit card. Consistent lame excuses about the non delivery, courier problems etc, not enough funds for refund. Mr. Cole and the familiar 'Darren Skinner' appear to be untraceable. Can't take legal action as the offenders cannot be found.
