I have had verizon service since July 2/12... Since I have been with them... When i call to have them service the phone because it is not working right... And i do pay my bills... Verizon disconnect me for at least 1 week every month. I have a medical situation, a heart monitor that has to be connected continuously to monitor my heart, by my bedside. My husband also has heart problems and we live in a rural area where phone service choices are limited.
