I live in PA. Like the other complaints listed from many different States, I received a Form / W098 claiming that I was the winner of $2,000, 000, but I needed to pay $11.98 for a PREMIUM OFFER ACQUSITION FEE for a chance to receive $2,500.00 in addition. The form looked much like a PCH contest form. Remember, if you are asked to pay anything to win anything, that you did not even enter, IT IS A SCAM. If it is too good to be true, it is more than likely not true. Hope these scam artists get caught before more people fall for this hoax. Whistle Blowe
