I received a "cash claim form", form WN-A, official release from National Data Advisors stating I won $3,331, 947.11. All I had to do is sign on the line on the cash claim form, enclose a $20.00 processing fee, and return them both by the deadline of March 25th, 3013. This form looks very official. It has a letterhead emblem, signature of the NDA officer you can actually read - Jonathan Foster, and a barcode at the bottom. This company even assigned me an ID number and I have never heard of them. I would think I would have to had sent in a # assigned to my name for them to select me the winner of the contest. They stress how important it is to send them in immdeiately and how there could be delays in sending out the winnings. You should never have to send money to win a contest. If it's too good to be true, it usually is. No money from me!
