I like this foundation. I buy 2 bottles at a time as I reside in 2 locations. However, I have had 4 bottles of this make-up where the applicator brush pops off and I can't use it to apply the make-up. I end up gingerly putting the brush back on in order to get the makeup out and then use a brush from an old bottle (that hasn't popped off) to apply the make up. I should not have to have old bottles laying around because of a potential defect in the bottle I am currently using. I looked for a customer service contact so I could report this directly to the company and I couldn't find one. I will be switching to another product or brand. If a company doesn't care enough about its product and its customers enough to allow a way for product feedback then I think I need to place my customer loyalty elsewhere.
