I purchased two wiper blades which advertised a $5.00 gift card with purchase. I questioned the cashier when I did not receive gift card, she said "I do not know, go to customer service". I think she should of contacted customer service for me. I went to customer service, told her what happened, she showed me the add which advertised a different style of wiper blade offering a $5.00 gift card. I told her that the sign on the wiper blades offered a $5.00 gift card. She said numerous times that the wipers I purchased are not the correct ones. I again said the sign on them clearly stated there was a gift card with purchase. Finally she asked another employee if she should go look at the shelf. 10 minutes later (it was not that far away from customer service), she came back, I asked what she found. She replied that it was advertised. She then informed me that "she would give it to me this time". I work in retail, and this is not the way to take care of your customers! This was at the Fridley target, October 17, aprox. 3:00 pm. I hope she does not continue to treat guests in this manner.
