Simple as this... What happened to sending a bill??? You have my address because i now have a collection letter but not a bill when the charges are due... NOT 1 ATTEMPT? Which made me think i used my bank credit card and it was delt w/!!! When i tried today to speak to the agency they couldnt help??? And had an extreme careless attitude and neither could jcpenny, you can not get through w/out a account number I DONT HAVE ONE you never mailed a bill! Its funny how i used the card w/out having it tho, just by name... Isnt it? If this is how you think you'll make money and mess w / peoples credit your wrong! I have great credit & Tomarrow I'm closing all accounts that have g. E on them i have a few for tires retail ect. They'll be closed i dont care about hurting credit i have other cards that treat me right that'll build it up again not my loss dealing w / a riduclous company! I will NEVER EVER get a card from g. E again i'm absolutly done!!!
