DirectBuy's lack of concern

During the Samsung Touchpad Promotion, we made a Sunday (Sept 23rd) appointment with DirectBuy on Wilshire in Albuquerque. We arrived to find the gates locked. We called the 6024144590 and were told our appt had been canceled because they didn’t get an answer on the second contact number. However, no one called our first contact number to confirm any of this. Not being notified of the cancelation we subsequently drove 40 miles (80m roundtrip) for nothing. We rescheduled for the following Tuesday (25th) and was notified Monday that we were canceled again because DirectBuy was not honoring the Samsung promotion anymore. Your lack of concern put us out time and money. It is bad business practice to treat potential customers like this. We think you owe us a Samsung Touchpad for the inconvenience you put us through and for gas and time wasted. We may have no choice but to spread the word.
