My wife and I attended an "open house" at DirectBuy of Richmond on 3 May 12. Because we are pending Army civilian orders to Europe or Japan and the joining price was very high we did not buy. We received a Award Certificate #09-1345 for a "Touchpad Tablet with Android Software"for attending. We sent a cashiers check for the $39.90 to GCE Marketing, PO Box 292461, Columbia, SC 29229 on 18 May 12 with the original certificate (we have copy and bank receipt for check). We have not received the Pad or a refund. DirectBuy has not returned our call and GCE Marketing does not respond to emails (they don't list any phone numbers). Starting to smell like the old bait trick. They did cash the check.
