I was looking at my bill, since it is never correct, and found a charge for NFL sunday ticket. I called and asked why it was on my bill when I had never ordered this programming. I was told that I was supposed to know that since it was in my bundle at the beginning that it would be on there again-I had since changed my service to a cheaper selection since I could not afford the price it became after 6 months. I was also told that they could not remove it once the season began. I spoke with two people who would not help me. I wanted to cancel my service and they want to charge 200.00 to get out of the contract, even though I've been with them for over a year now. Now, there are more channels opened up on my service, that I did not order, I just want my bill to be what it was when I changed it to the cheaper package. I don't want different programs and I do NOT like surprises on my bill. I don't even watch football.
