Realized because of an overdraft charge that there was a $30 deduction take out of our bank account. I called this company, they told me that that money would be returned once I completed the loan and had the money deposited. I explained I did not authorize this and I DID NOT want the loan. They persisted on. I talked to a supervisor who said the same. At this point, I was angry and demanded the money be refunded and the account cancelled. I have yet to see the refund, and in the mean time, my bank account has a negative balance because of the multiple overdrafts that were a result of this company taking the $30 (having it bounce) and taking it again. A total of 3 times. Overdrafts added up to $105. Scam, liars, horrible company... Run away from them!
