I ordered the Nuwave PIC on7-19-12. I got the frying pans on 9-20-12. That completed what I believed was the part of the order that was buy one get a second set free. I had been trying to call the company for two weeks to find out about the rest of my order. I have been waiting for the BOGO. First I was surprised someone answered the phone. Then I was surprised to find out, it was my fault according to them I only got the one Pic set. I was told I ordered it wrong. Scam. I told her that is not what is advertised. She then asked me if I wanted to order another PIC. I asked her if she thought I was crazy. 3 payments at $33.33 plus S&P buy one get one. $199.89 I just received one and someone should proofread the cookbook they send with it, it is full of mistakes and does not help you cook with the PIC. If you want one, wait until you can find one at a store. I am disabled and can't afford to be mislead like this. It is not right for this false advertisement to go on. Paula Carson City, NV
