This is a general complaint. I have been regular customer at Beckenham Waitrose for the last 2 years. I spend at least £100-200 a week. I have always been very happy with the quality & service of this branch. But the last 2 weeks have been very disappointing. A lot of shelves are under stocked & use by dates are extremely short. Tenderstem broccoli, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries had either today's or tomorrow's date. Everyday ready made meals, like fish pie & few other pies were not on the shelves. Also no Jersey thick cream wasn't there. For the last 2 weeks I have been trying to buy my usual mouthwash without success. I'm elderly & can't manage to go shopping more than once a week. This lack of items means that I have to go to Marks & Spencer's or Sainsbury's.By the way, their fruit & vegetables have a longer shelf life. I like shopping at Waitrose and I don't want to change my shopping habit. Please, could you look into this & I would be grateful for a reply. I would also like to add that a lot of people I meet in the shop have the same feeling. Seta Arrowsmith
