To whom it may concern,
While shopping for a wagon for my grandson, I found what I wanted at Target in Bemidji, Minnesota. There were three shelves, two with the 2700 wagon on and the middle shelf with another one. The top one was priced 77.99 and the bottom one 69.99 for the same one. Having worked in retail for 27 years I read the label. Whoever stocked the shelves put one in a bike spot which clearly said bike. I watched this for 2 weeks giving the benefit of the doubt to the store to right this item in the right spot. Yesterday, It was still in the same spot so I asked the employee if I would get that for that price? He said no, it's human error. Must be human error not to read the label when placing it there. That was poor customer service. How does the dept mgr. Order that dept. When the items are in the wrong spot? That was what a 8.00 difference.
