I found this company through getitfree.com where I've been getting coupons and samples. All it said was try a designer perfume FREE for the cost of shipping & handling of $5.99. I thought why not and ordered it. NO WHERE on the order form were there any terms & conditions or stating this was a 14 day trial period. If so, I would never have ordered it. 14 days later I get a $95 charge on my account overdrawing my account. I have since filed a dispute with my bank, attempted contacting the company, and filed a report with our local police department. I have had to close my account so they would stop withdrawing money. Also, I have sent them both this website so they can read all the complaints filed against Fond Sprays along with an emailed response from the company stating that they were authorized to give me a FULL refund but because I had already filed a dispute with my bank, they would give me no refund. Basically, that says to me to go ahead and send it back but we're not giving you a dime. Let my bank eat the cost. That isn't going to happen. I'm fighting this and so should all of you!!!
