Received an offer in the mail for a free perfume if I paid only a $5.99 shipping and handling fee. Approximately 2 weeks later i was charged $95.00 on my debit card. When i called the number that showed up on my bank statement i received a dighital control marketing company who informed me that they were only a payment managing service for the Fond Sprays company and that I would have to email tyhem to request a refund and return the perfume. However, I was informed that they more than likely would not allow the refund. When i went online to the web site I was given I only was directed to other complaints about this company.
