Holidaysbooked.com took money for transfers from airport to hotel and vice versa on return. They did not collect us from the airport and could not be contacted. They promised a cab for our return to the airport, however, after 3 hours of telephoning and complaining that no car had arrived, failed to provide transport back to the airport. This meant that we had to provide our own transport at a huge cost.
