MASTER CARD, VISA, AMEX should stop doing business with 95ePay.com. This is a fradulent front for fraudulent businesses to get money from people with the imaginary purchases. Don't ever do business with 95ePay.com! They are in fraud business along with various companies!
Ordered Chloe handbags from a company I found in Google page: "itbags" It seemed legitimate with well organized website. I received a response right away that one of the bags was not available and they will give me a refund for 1 bag but it will take couple days. Since then, my emails to these addresses don't go thru, phone numbers are incorrect. I am hoping Capital One will refund my money!
