They told me that the company is expanding and rebranding their name and that I had to sign new documents to agree to be transferred to the new company. We did so, only to find out that they had not in fact re-branded the company name. There was a dispute with the directors involving fraud and one of the directors set up a similar company name and is transferring all the clients into that company.
I've been double billed and charged a new account set up fee. I haven't been refunded the money, they refuse to.
