The Moving Directors / Michelle Valen is a moving service that claims to make your move easier by providing full service move coordination and packing / unpacking services. They cancelled on us 6 days before our move (full house), despite the fact that they previously demanded and received from us a written contract.
During the one month period leading up to our move, Ms. Valen was very unresponsive and offered little of what she claimed her company could do. If you want a service oriented company, this is not it. This is not a reliable service and has caused far more pressure, stress, etc. For our move.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND against using this company for any purpose.
