Checkmate will not answer its telephone... After it got my personal info and credit card for $19.96, i could not log into the service. I was advised that either my user name or password was incorrect. Numerous telephone calls got a recording "unable to answer your call at this time" so i couldn't get a usr name or password correction. I hope that this company is not just collecting credit card numbers... Which is criminal and will be prosecuted to the fullest [if this is what is happening].
