I was emailed about a possible personal assistant position after submitting applications in multiple sites. Brian Parker emailed me informing he was out of country and would be sending me money to rent him a hotel and a vehicle for his time here. I agreed and received a check for $8,680.00. I deposited the check on Sept. 17th and it was cleared on the 20th of Sept. I then informed Brian of the check being cleared and the amount available. He then asked me to get a moneypak card on his behalf and also to send a total of $3,500 to a Stella Matalon. I did all he required of me and the following day I checked my bank account and saw the negative balance and the $8,680 had been returned. I informed Brian of the incident and he claimed to be unaware. Since then i have been trying to have this issue resolved between us, but he has yet to pay the amount due. I also paid my car during the period the check was deposited and it was been returned and now is 11 days passed due.
