Modification scam. Took money up front and kept asking for money. When my attorney asked for proof of work rhee went nuts. Said i was going to sue him etc etc. Then silence. I have since learned that while he was asking for more money the bank said papers were not filed correctly or on time and asked if he was real and who he said he was.
