Unsoliciated charge for the magazine appeared on my credit card statement. I did not order the magazine. I called Mytenerhelp.com which was name listed on the statement and asked that charge be removed from my credit card statement. I was assured by the customer service agent that the charge would be removed in 5 to 7 days.
