Recieved a phone call from a service to help lower my credit card interest rates. They assertively took relavent information. Got on the phone with me to my card company. Spook on my behave and found I had no changes available to me. Applied for another card with and intro rate of 0% for 15months. The fee of $1495.00 was charged on my card.
Eight days later the card came with 12months 0% and 22.9% after (I'm not accepting this card). My attempts to reach anyone at the number they gave (1-855-581-9821) are dead ends.
