In July, my wife (Colleen Monsour) ordered a free sample of a cream from this company which was supposed to relieve wrinkling of the skin. Within a day of ordering this cream (which gave us 14 days to decide whether to keep the cream, supposedly a 30 day supply) we read on the internet that others had used the cream with no good results whatever.
When the cream arrived we "returned to sender" without opening the package.
The company subsequently billed our credit card for $99.98. Their argument was that we did not obtain their permission to return the product.
We requested that our credit card company not issue payment. They reversed the charge, but subsequently made the charge again because the company advised them that we had not abided by their contract (4 pages of small print) in not requesting permission to return the product.
