I have no complaint on the billing, I was charged 19.95$ 20$ for Glow in the Dark, plus tax 2.79 P&H 15.90, for a total of 58.64 But it does not glow in the dark. They were supposed to call me back, but they did not. I will call them again tomorrow to see what will be the answer. Billing date: 09/10/12
