My husband and I stayed in room 110 that was suppose to be a non-smoking room. It wasn't! The Inn advertising that all rooms are non-smoking but they never properly cleaned this room. Cigarette burns on the carpet and bathtub and a smell that was so bad I had an asthma attach. When I complained I was told I could have asked for another room (they were booked up) or asked to go to another hotel (there were no vacancies that's why I ended up here.)
The place was not only smelly but dangerous too. I slipped in the bathtub because there was no slip strips, no lasting effects thank goodness and the room itself was shaby. Broken screens so we could not open the window and nasty lampshades with nicotine stains and rips.
