My son sold a blackberry phone to someone from gumtree but he was paying my son via this company used as a safe site linked to Gumtree Nochex responded to my son via e. Mail and said he would recieve a code to recieve his money as Billy Hawlles whom was buying the phone had made a transfer to my sons e. Mail nochex whn he had posted phone with proof he has dispatched item so he did this but then nochex kept sending stuipedness to him they said at the begining this is a site to protect people from being ripped off basically and thats excatly what they have done to my son should not be allowed to get away with this at all if you need peoples names involved i can get them and the address phone was sent too also so no paymentfrom this so called place recieved because of their mess up and £250.00 is a lot of money just to say oh well the buyer seemed so genuine also he even took my sons details to transfer Then after package already sent and collected at other end my son has sadly not been paid and gumtree just saying they cant do anything about it so where would we go from there the only thing i can say ito try help is my son was clever enough to send it recorded delivery so someone in there had to sign for it would be grateful if anyone could inlighten me on how to deal with this as if we lived near London would be straight their at their door but sadly live in Leeds
