I made an order for a hard drive online, the hard drive cost 66.00. I paid the money through a company called nochex.
After 2 weeks the product hadn't arrived. I checked my online banking and noticed the payment had been paid. I went onto the nochex website and checked the order details. I emailed huge av twice and was ignored, I eventually managed to contact a member of staff via their website. I left a message with my number and recieved a call. The man was very apologetic and blamed the ecommerce site. I said "OK no problem" He promised me my refund within 5 days.
After 5 days, still no refund, I have tried leaving messages, emailing and calling. Ignored every time.
The huge av website has now been down for over a week. I have contacted nochex and waited the time they asked. Still no reply.
