I ordered a bouquet for same-day delivery, understanding that since this was a Sunday, they might arrive the next day. A week later, no flowers! My credit card has been charged. When you call their "helpline", you are told to email them or leave a message. After reading the other complaints here, I do not expect a reply or a satisfactory resolution of my complaint. I will keep an eye out for additional charges, and I am going to report the charge as a scam to my credit union. I am furious about this.
