On 21/9 I have booked flight via Travelup.co.uk the flight information as follow

Airline: Pegasus Airline, Flight No: PC520 Economy (U)
From London - Stansted Airport (STN) To Istanbul - Sabiha Gokcen (SAW)
Depart 22 Dec 15:00, Arrival 22 Dec 20:40

Return: 01 Jan 10:20 Airline: Pegasus Airline, Flight No PC501 Economy (Z)
From istanbul - Sabiha Gokcen (SAW) To London - Stansted Airport (STN)
Depart 01 Jan 10:20 Arrival 01 Jan 12:15

Unfortunately, when we connected the airline company (Pegasus) they said that they don’t have any flight schedule like that. So we connected to Travelup.co.uk we explained the situation they said that they will connect us later about the problem (I have had 6 call to them and every time they said same) but until now no one call us back. They charged the money but no flight ticket yet??? I would like to get refund.
