I was informed 5/30 by the association (HOA) that I owed $95.00 even though I had paid in full for the whole year. The extra money I paid for the whole year could fulfill the amount I owed. Later, in the letter dated 8/20 Equity Experts charged me $4,885.00. The association fee is $25.00/ month.
