An Internet order was placed on 9/7, Order # 27393, for a replacement bag. I received no response or confirmation for the order however my Credit card was charged for the item on 9/8. When calling their 800 number, 1-800-314-5576 the call went to a mailbox that was full. As of 9/17, the phone number no longer works.in addition to this, there has been no response to several emails and there is no return receipt indicating that their mail server is up and running.
I contacted the pareent company, Poolmart Inc. On 9/24 and spoke to a person named Bob. He took my name and number and offered no other infirmation than other he would call me back.
